• Bees only live for about forty days. Except in the winter when they can live to three to six months.
• Lemmings are not suicidal and do not jump off cliffs when there are too many of them living in an area. Major increases in population do occasionally cause lemmings to migrate to areas of lower population density. When this happens, some lemmings inevitably die from a wide variety of causes including falling over cliffs. These deaths are not suicide attempts but accidental deaths caused by lemmings going into unfamiliar territories and meeting hazards and enenies that are unfamiliar to them and maybe even being crowded and pushed over dangerous ledges. |
